A 15-year-old boy has been arrested after at least 11 people were injured in a shooting outside Inci Uzmez Vocational and Technical Anatolian High School in Manisa, western Turkey. Two victims are in critical condition. The suspect's mother, father, and grandfather were also detained. It is Turkey's third school shooting this year, following two deadly attacks in April that prompted new security measures.
