A Sunshine Coast couple turned a 6-metre prefabricated glass pod into a short-term rental generating about A$200,000 annually, after investing A$100,000. Assembled in three days, the Elsewhere Pod has run at roughly six nights a week since May 2025, with nightly rates of A$220 to A$580. It reflects Australia's fast-growing tiny-home sector.
