Iran has toughened its conditions for ending its nearly seven-month war with the United States after a June agreement collapsed, Revolutionary Guards spokesman Hossein Mohebi told AFP. Tehran now demands the full $24 billion in frozen assets upfront and wants the lifting of the Saudi-led blockade on Yemen added to any deal. Mohebi said Washington has "no choice" but to accept.
