6-Year-Old Sets Women's Rubik's Cube Speed Record

Six-year-old Lian Yunzhi has set a women's world record for the fastest average time solving a 3x3x3 Rubik's Cube, achieving 4.27 seconds in Guangzhou after an initial 4.52 seconds in Wuhan. She is the only female speedcuber to average under 4.5 seconds, per the World Cube Association. CCTV reports she began at age four and now trains two to three hours daily.
