Støtt, a tiny Norwegian island north of the Arctic Circle, once sheltered fishermen from storms. Its population fell from 120 to 25 as modern trawlers bypassed trading posts. Now Eva Ann Andersen, whose family has run Støtt Brygge since 1897, is using tourism to revive the island and offer refuge from modern life.
