Wangchuk Fears 'Encounter', Demands Amit Shah Resign Over Leh Killings

Climate activist Sonam Wangchuk has demanded Union Home Minister Amit Shah's resignation over last year's Leh violence that killed four people, and said he fears being killed in an 'encounter' for speaking out. Speaking on the first anniversary of the September 24 violence, he sought publication of the judicial inquiry report and threatened a people's tribunal if it is withheld.
