Saudi Arabia, Turkey and Pakistan are planning an urgent meeting of their chiefs of staff under the Mecca Joint Defence Agreement, following foreign minister talks in New York. The move comes as Saudi air defences downed six ballistic missiles over Taif and Yanbu, and Yemen fighting killed at least 150 fighters in 24 hours.
