AIADMK, DMK Hit Back at CM Vijay Ahead of Tamil Nadu Bypolls

AIADMK and DMK leaders on Friday criticised Chief Minister C Joseph Vijay's campaign remarks ahead of the October 6 Madurantakam and Dharapuram Assembly bypolls. Vijay had called AIADMK a "branch of the DMK" and labelled TVK the "pure force" against the "evil force". AIADMK's Kovai Sathyan rejected Vijay's horse-trading narrative, while DMK's TKS Elangovan said the TVK government had done nothing for Tamil Nadu.
