TMC's O'Brien Rejects Opposition Poll Boycott Call

Trinamool Congress joint secretary Derek O'Brien on Friday rejected calls for an opposition election boycott, warning that staying away would hand the BJP all seats and let it amend the Constitution. Responding to Cockroach Janta Party founder Abhijeet Dipke, he said not contesting would betray lakhs of ground workers, urging parties to fight elections while demanding free and fair polls.
