An independent panel has found Manchester City guilty on almost all of more than 100 Premier League charges for breaching competition rules between 2009-10 and 2022-23. The club, which denies wrongdoing, is understood to intend to appeal the verdict. The charges include failing to provide a true and fair view of finances and non-cooperation with investigations.
