Heavy rain since Thursday has flooded parts of Bangkok, disrupting traffic and forcing hundreds to evacuate. Major canals hold over 20 cm of rain, and more than 84,000 people in 21 provinces are affected. The Meteorological Department warns rain will continue through Sunday.
