SpaceX is targeting Sept. 28 for Starship's Flight 14, aiming to send the megarocket to orbit for the first time after 13 suborbital launches. The roughly 10-hour mission will carry 26 operational Starlink V3 satellites and circle Earth about six times before splashdown. Success would mark a major milestone for the still-in-development vehicle.
