India Beat Iran 40-34 to Win Ninth Kabaddi Gold

India retained the Asian Games men's kabaddi title by defeating Iran 40-34 at the Tokai Citizens Gymnasium, securing a record ninth gold. Trailing 17-18 at half-time, India rallied through Arjun Deshwal and Devank Dalal in attack and Sumit and Jaideep in defence. Captain Pawan Sehrawat dedicated the medal to coach Randhir Sehrawat.
