Mehbooba Mufti Calls for Jantar Mantar Protest on September 29

PDP chief Mehbooba Mufti has urged "secular-minded" Indians to join a protest at Delhi's Jantar Mantar on September 29 from 2 pm to 5 pm, organised by the Monitoring Committee for Indian Muslims. She cited alleged voter deletions and the demolition of mosques, dargahs and churches. The demonstration comes amid the Election Commission's Special Intensive Revision of electoral rolls.
