Nor'easter Floods Northeast US, Cancels 400 Flights

A powerful nor'easter has flooded parts of the northeastern United States, cutting power to more than 88,000 homes and businesses and cancelling over 400 flights. New York and New Jersey declared states of emergency as officials warned of dangerous flooding and high tides. Forecasters expect the storm to persist for several days.
