Netanyahu Slams Opposition Unity Deal Ahead of Israel Vote

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has criticised five opposition leaders who agreed to coordinate strategy before the October 27 Knesset elections. Yair Lapid, Gadi Eisenkot, Naftali Bennett, Avigdor Lieberman and Yair Golan met in Tel Aviv to boost turnout and prepare a joint government platform. Netanyahu warned only a strong Likud can stop them.
