US rout Peru 4-1 as teenage debutants shine

The US men's national team opened its 2030 World Cup cycle with a 4-1 win over Peru in Orlando, as eleven players made their debuts. Justin Ellis and Julian Hall scored on debut, while 16-year-old Cavan Sullivan became the youngest US player in over two decades. Malik Tillman and Sebastian Berhalter also scored.
