Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic resigned on Sunday after more than a year of student-led protests over alleged government corruption. His term was due to expire next year, but under the constitution presidential elections must be held within three months. Parliamentary speaker Ana Brnabic becomes interim president. A snap parliamentary vote is set for October 25, with presidential elections to follow.
