Housing sales across India's top seven cities rose 3% year-on-year in Q3 2026 to about 1,00,220 units, even as average prices climbed 7%, according to Anarock. Mumbai, Bengaluru and Hyderabad led the growth, while NCR, Pune, Chennai and Kolkata declined. Sales value edged up 2% to Rs 1.55 lakh crore.
