South Korea Demands Apology From Ukraine Over POW Transfer Disclosure

South Korea's presidential office demanded an official apology and explanation from Ukraine, accusing Kyiv of unilaterally disclosing the transfer of two North Korean prisoners of war and then falsely denying a confidentiality agreement. The soldiers were captured in Russia's Kursk region and recently sent to South Korea. Seoul says the dispute has damaged trust and is reviewing additional measures.
