Manchester City have been found guilty of all serious charges of breaching Premier League financial rules between 2009-10 and 2017-18. An independent commission found the club used 'sham contracts' with commercial partners to artificially inflate revenues and reduce costs by over £830m. City deny wrongdoing, say they are 'disappointed and surprised', and will appeal. Sanctions remain to be decided.
