Burnham Pledges Major Review of UK-EU Ties After Brexit

Andy Burnham has said Brexit has "done more harm than good" and pledged a major review of the UK's relationship with the EU, opening the door to a possible referendum on rejoining. He will set out options around the next UK-EU summit, due late November. The move could reopen Keir Starmer's red lines on the single market and customs union.
