Tata Trusts Feud Escalates as Trustee Seeks Charity Probe

Venu Srinivasan, a Tata Sons nominee director and Tata Trusts trustee, has asked Maharashtra's Charity Commissioner to investigate the governance of the Sir Dorabji Tata Trust. He questions Noel Tata's perpetual trusteeship and the appointment of his son Neville, and alleges moves to block his vote on a Tata Sons listing. The dispute could intensify the leadership battle at Tata Sons.
