Russia launched its largest attack on Ukraine's energy infrastructure since spring, killing at least six people and injuring 33 nationwide, Ukrainian officials said. Strikes hit 11 regions, primarily Kyiv and its surrounding area, damaging power supplies and critical infrastructure. Prime Minister Serhiy Koretskyi called it the first mass attack of this scale since the last heating season.
