Cornell Reopens Gang Rape Investigation Into Fraternity

Cornell University reopened an investigation Monday after a woman sued the Chi Phi fraternity, the university and seven students over an alleged gang rape. She reported the assault in November 2024, but prosecutors declined to charge anyone at the time. The chapter has been barred from campus, and its national organization said accused members were removed from its rolls.
