Alphabet shares climbed about 2% in premarket trading after Google launched Gemini 4 Argon, an AI model it says outperforms rivals in coding and cybersecurity at lower prices. The model scored a record 77.9% on the DeepSWE v1.1 coding benchmark and will first go to trusted cybersecurity researchers before a wider rollout.
