The Reserve Bank of India has approved Anup Bagchi as HDFC Bank's MD and CEO from October 27, 2026, and Anup Kumar Saha as Kotak Mahindra Bank's MD and CEO from January 1, 2027. Both bring over three decades of financial sector experience. Bagchi succeeds Sashidhar Jagdishan, while Saha succeeds Ashok Vaswani.
