Bajaj Finance's board has approved raising up to Rs 17,500 crore through a Qualified Institutional Placement and a preferential issue of warrants. The QIP will bring in up to Rs 11,700 crore, while warrants account for up to Rs 5,800 crore. Both proposals require shareholder and regulatory approvals, with an EGM to be convened.
