Airbus is asking airlines to inspect some A330neo jets for foreign object debris in the horizontal tail plane after a quality lapse in production aircraft built between 2021 and July 2026. EASA says there is no immediate safety concern for the in-service fleet and is working with Airbus to finalise the affected aircraft and inspection timeframe.
