Satirical protests demand CEC Gyanesh Kumar's resignation

Protesters in Delhi and Mumbai used memes, music and satire on Gandhi Jayanti to demand Chief Election Commissioner Gyanesh Kumar's resignation. Actors Naseeruddin Shah and Shabana Azmi joined Mumbai's Shivaji Park rally, where police detained demonstrators in Delhi. The protests follow a report that Election Commissioners Sukhbir Singh Sandhu and Vivek Joshi objected to Kumar's electoral roll decisions.
