Mumbai International Airport will reduce 265 weekly international flights from October 25 to free slots at Terminal 2 for domestic traffic ahead of Terminal 1's redevelopment. The 33% cut affects 46 airlines, including IndiGo (74 flights) and Air India (33). Airlines and IATA have raised concerns over the mandated relocation, while T1 renovation is set to begin in January 2027.
