In the series-deciding third ODI at New Chandigarh, India relied on KL Rahul's composed batting to rebuild after a middle-order collapse. Keemo Paul struck twice, dismissing Nitish Kumar Reddy caught behind as India slipped to 250/6 in 41 overs. Anshul Kamboj made his ODI debut, adding a late spark. West Indies exploited Powerplay 3 with five fielders outside the circle.
