Rui Pinto offers UK help on Man City case for protection

Portuguese whistleblower Rui Pinto, whose leaks triggered the Premier League's investigation into Manchester City, is ready to assist UK authorities in exchange for protection from threats. City were found guilty of over 100 charges involving £900m in inflated income and will appeal. Pinto may lose witness protection in Portugal from 10 October, freeing him to cooperate abroad.
