Gogoi seeks MEA help to trace two Assam women sent to Bangladesh

Congress MP Gaurav Gogoi has urged External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar to trace and bring back two Nagaon women allegedly pushed across the India-Bangladesh border in June. Jahanara Begum and Mumtaz Begum were sent across on the night of June 13-14 and remain missing. The Gauhati High Court has already made the MEA a party to the matter.
