India, Pakistan Summon Envoys Over BSF Border Killings

India and Pakistan summoned each other's top diplomats on Saturday after the BSF shot dead two men at the International Border in Punjab's Tarn Taran district. Pakistan called them unarmed civilians; India said they were infiltrators and accused Islamabad of facilitating cross-border movement. The BSF handed over the bodies to Pakistani Rangers.
