Gaza's salvaged books find new life after war destruction

With most schools and libraries destroyed in Gaza, salvaged books have become treasured possessions. Mohammed Saad recovered about 12,000 books from rubble in Beit Lahiya and opened a tent library in Deir el-Balah, while Omar Hamad rescued some 3,000 more from ruined libraries. Both aim to give children access to reading and learning.
