Supporters of jailed former Prime Minister Imran Khan began a protest march from Khyber Pakhtunkhwa on Sunday after weekend talks between the government and Khan's PTI party failed. More than 5,000 people joined the rally, which aims to pressure Islamabad into releasing Khan, imprisoned since August 2023. Authorities have blocked routes into the capital.
