Tickets for India's friendly against Uruguay at Kolkata's Salt Lake Stadium on Tuesday have been cut to as low as Rs 199, with C2 Left and C2 Right blocks reduced from Rs 1,999. The move follows the Brazil match that drew 51,402 but left sections unfilled. West Bengal will offer free passes to about 22,000 who missed the Messi event.
