Mayawati Reappoints Akash Anand as BSP National Convenor

Mayawati has reappointed her nephew Akash Anand as the Bahujan Samaj Party's national convenor, reversing his September removal. She cited his changed conduct after his father-in-law Ashok Siddharth's retirement from politics and said most party leaders and workers backed his return.
