West Bengal Congress on Tuesday demanded full re-polling in the Nandigram and Rejinagar assembly bypolls, alleging vote-looting, voter intimidation and police bias in favour of the ruling BJP. Candidate Milan Pradhan claimed agents were evicted and voter slips snatched, while Rejinagar nominee Mohammad Abdullahil Kafi staged a sit-in outside a police station. AJUP chief and MLA Humayun Kabir was arrested after a heated exchange with police.
