Paramount has closed its $110 billion acquisition of Warner Bros Discovery, uniting Batman, Harry Potter, Game of Thrones and DC under one corporate roof alongside Paramount Pictures, CBS and MTV. The deal reduces Hollywood's traditional Big Five studios to four and leaves the combined company with roughly $79 billion in net debt.
