A Beverly Hills mansion once owned by Michael Caine and Ricky Martin has sold for $35 million after four months on the market. The Benedict Canyon estate was listed at $75 million in August 2025 before steep price cuts. The buyer remains unidentified. The Smiths, who bought it from Martin in 2006 for $15 million, were the sellers.
