TCS Says US Green Card Suspension Won't Hit Strategy

The US Labor Department has suspended TCS, Infosys, Cognizant, Wipro, HCL, Capgemini, Microsoft and Adobe from the Permanent Labor Certification program, citing federal investigations. TCS said its US workforce strategy relies on local hiring and that its PERM applications were in single digits over two years, so it expects no impact. Nasscom said immigration and skilled talent mobility are separate issues.
