The Supreme Court on Friday directed the Centre to ensure Delhi Metro and train services are not completely halted for the October 10 CJP protest, allowing regulated movement instead. The bench, led by CJI Surya Kant, stressed that commuters from the NCR must not be left without transport. Solicitor General Tushar Mehta assured the court that authorities would reconsider restrictions and publicise revised arrangements.
