The Supreme Court on Friday directed authorities not to fully suspend Delhi Metro and railway services ahead of the October 10 CJP protest, ordering regulated operations to prevent public inconvenience. A bench led by Chief Justice Surya Kant accepted Solicitor General Tushar Mehta's assurance that restrictions would be reconsidered proportionately and widely publicized.
