Northern Railway cancelled 38 trains arriving at New Delhi and Hazrat Nizamuddin stations between 4 am and 2 pm on October 10, citing severe road traffic congestion ahead of a Cockroach Janata Party protest at Jantar Mantar. Other Delhi stations will operate normally. Delhi Police have asked DMRC to shut 57 metro stations to prevent protesters from reaching the site.
