King Charles has paid the £1.5m repair bill owed by Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor for dilapidations at Royal Lodge in Windsor, using his private income. The Crown Estate confirmed it received the net payment after Andrew surrendered his lease. Andrew left the 30-room mansion in February amid revelations over his links to Jeffrey Epstein, and now lives at Sandringham.
