TDP Reaffirms 34% BC Quota, Accuses YSRCP of Delaying Polls

Andhra Pradesh Minister Kollu Ravindra said the TDP remains committed to 34 per cent reservation for Backward Classes in local bodies, accusing the YSRCP of stalling elections to block about Rs 12,500 crore in central funds. He said a special BC Commission report is awaited and the government is studying legal steps to implement the quota.
