Delhi will be under heavy security on October 10 for a Cockroach Janata Party protest at Jantar Mantar demanding the Chief Election Commissioner's resignation. Mobile internet will be suspended within 4 km of Janpath–Kartavya Path, 57 metro stations will close, 38 trains are cancelled, and schools, liquor shops and two Namo Bharat stations will shut.
