EC caps Form 7 voter deletion filings at 10 per person

The Election Commission of India has capped Form 7 applications at 10 per elector during the claims and objections period, and five per month during continuous updation, applying to online and offline filings. The move follows reports of bulk objections in Karnataka and Odisha that burdened field officials and challenged voters without substantiated grounds.
